What Does this MRI Scan Result Mean?

Degenerative disc disease at L4-5 and L5-S1, causing mild central canal and moderate bilateral recess narrowing. At L5-S1 the disc space is narrowed. There is subtle retrolisthesis of L5 on S1. Hypertrophied facets, dehydrated circumferential disc bulge with central disc protrusion is seen. At L4-5 there is mild circumferential disc bulge with left lateral annular tear.

well, the report out suggest a disc prolapse
L4-L5 and lumbar canal stenosis. the treatment would be of surgical correction and pain relief. I suggest consultion to a orthopedician.
